What started off in 2002 as a brief Microsoft Paint lesson in the main computer room has now blossomed into an integral digital art studio and a range of digital art curriculum projects.

Located between two art classrooms, Loreto’s mini-digital art studio features high-end workstations with A4 pen-based drawing tablets, photo inkjet printers, a digital camera, fine art software and graphic design programmes.

Not only are students using the studio to design original artwork and animation, but they also use it to model their real world designs prior to construction; saving them both time and materials.
