On Sunday, 2 March 2003, Loreto students and teachers presented, via videoconference, to Education Ministers from the EU and candidate countries.

The event was the Informal Summit of Ministers of Education in Athens and one school from each EU country and candidate country was asked to contribute..

As did all 22 participating schools, Loreto provided examples of how ICT use has been integrated across the school's curriculum. ICT use in Music, Art and Mathematics was the focus of Loreto's broadcast.

With the help of Ireland's National Centre for Technology in Education (NCTE) and the technical support team at the Research Academic Computer Technology Institute (CTI) in Greece, all participants were able to communicate via chat and share presentations.
