Congratulations on your keyring project, great idea hope it goes well! If you would be interested in setting up a Meath Road Users Association we would be delighted to help. Every life saved is one less family that will be grieving. The work is hard and thankless but please keep up the struggle to save lives.

The Kildare Road Users will have a public meeting on Tuesday, 16th May, at 8pm in Lumville House, The Curragh. All are welcome!

Thanking You,
Kevin Mooney
Kildare Road Users Association

Hi girls, I hope most of you remember me. I think its a beautiful idea and I fully support any idea that will prevent such horrible tragedies occuring again by increasing awareness.I find it touching that you have incorporated each of the girls' names into your idea. I am also delighted to see that the spirit of Loreto is still strong, I hope that you fully enjoy the Loreto experience as much as we did.

Michelle Cullen

Girls, I think what you are doing is wonderful. The keyrings are a great idea and I will be promoting them to as many people as possible. It is a lovely way of remembering the girls as the anniversary approaches. I think they would be very proud of you all.

Claire, Meath

Girls, I wish you all the best of look with the keyrings. I think they look absolutely great and congratulations on such a great idea. If you need any help with anything you know where I am. Good Luck. Wishing ye all the success.

Sarah M., Navan

My hat goes off to you for coming up with such a cool project! I plan on buying one for everyone in my family. I'll also keep two for myself -- one for my car keys and the other to hang from the rear view mirror in my car. It will be a visible reminder each time I get into the car!

Ciara, Dunshaughlin

Girls, congratulations on coming up with a great idea for helping to bring road safety to the fore in Ireland!

It frustrates me how there appears to be more advertising money spent on scaring people into paying their TV license fee than promoting road safety. I kidd you not - just count how many awareness ads you hear on the radio about road safety compared to "have you paid your TV licence?" Best of luck with your project!

Tom, County Meath

Best of Luck with the keyrings girls! Its a great idea and a lovely way to remember the girls as we come closer to the anniversary.

Elaine, Navan

Hi Girls,

I am a teacher in a Dublin secondary school. My heart went out to all of you when I heard the news of the terrible tragedy last year, I was devastated for all of you and the families of the girls involved. I would just like to say that what you are doing is amazing and an inspiration to us all. The government need to do something about making it compulsory for all school busses to be fitted with seatbelts and it should be the drivers responsibility to enforce this. Myself and my collegues have been saying this for many, many years, long before the terrible events of last May. Furthermore, more needs to be done to promote safe driving in general. I think that your campaign should be nationwide , not just in Navan because it is people like you who can make a difference and be listened to. I know that if you were to sell the keychains in Dublin schools would support you.

Good luck with the campaign girls.
Louise, Dublin

I think the keyring idea is a great way of bringing the school together and helping the school cope with the tragedy as a whole. People can get involved by selling the keyrings and it benefits hospitals too.

I just want to say how I am at a loss of how so many young lives have been lost on our roads. I feel that these could have been avoided. I think that there is too many people dying on our roads unnecessarily.

Adrian

We are comming up on the year anniversary of the tragic bus crash. I think this is a great idea to bring more awareness to road safety!!! I really hope it goes well as there is always a need for extra funds in hospitals. Good luck girls!

Karen

With the anniversary of the girls coming up next month I can't even imagine how hard it is going to be on you. The government should be doing more to protect us on the roads. I wish you every success.

Robert A., Drogheda

Well done girls, this is the kind of thing needed in this country by the look of things at the moment. Hopefully the keyrings will be a step in the right direction. Well done again and best of luck.

Laura D.
